Despite the disappointing service, there were some positive aspects. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient, just a short walk from the metro station. there was a supermarket and other amenities nearby, making it easy to get what I needed. The staff, apart from the owner, was polite and helpful, which was a saving grace in an otherwise underwhelming stay.
The customer service fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, I asked for some advice on exploring the city, but the owner seemed uninterested and didn't make time to talk to me.

The free breakfast was so delicious that I couldn't resist having seconds, and the staff magically transformed my clothes from dirty to clean.
I absolutely loved the uneven path and unsafe neighborhood that Google maps led me through. Definitely added excitement to my journey.
